A RESIGNATION CLEARANCE Dream

I had a weird dream last night, it appears as if someone is seeking advise. Here it goes...


The Situation: A friend just quit a job. He come to me with a letter, seeking advise if he should pen his signature as instructed. His former employer, claims that as advised by their lawyer, request him to sign a beautifully written manipulating undertaking letter that allows the employer unjust overwhelming advantages over him.

The abstract: It states that even upon his resignation;

i) Should the company encounter any problems or obstacles (previously under his responsibilities and job scope) they reserve the right to summon him back.
ii) He is to refrain from using for any purpose whatsoever any knowledge obtained in the course of his employment with his former company in any future employment or business failing which legal action will be taken against him.

The Comment: Their actions is akin to bringing the whole neighborhood to prove their innocence whenever he misplace his underwear and to unlawfully smoked them into an agreement binding them legally liable should his puppy's bulu tercabut. We may not be a PhD. or Masters Degree holder, but HElLO... we're certainly NOT moron.

The Conclusion:

1) The Weird Dream: An absurd situation.
2) The Frustration: Being treated like a bloody ass.
3) The Payback: St. Peter will judge.

The Moral Of The Story: The next time you rent out a room, "smoke" the tenant to sign an agreement that he is legally liable and you reserve the right to sue him in-case your bitch is rape or you dog sodomised.


Well, it's just a dream, but if this happen to me in real life, I will just stay calm, pray and leave it to KARMA. What if it happens to you, how will you act? Read Between The Lines... Nah!! Take it and swollow it hard!!, perhaps.
